Shipping Information
All orders are dispatched within 4-5 business days. Please note that we do have local pick ups available as well.
Note: Due to COVID-19 restrictions in some areas in Victoria, Australia and other areas. Australian Post are experiencing some delays and therefore these delivery times may vary. Thank you so much for your patience during this time and we hope you are all safe and healthy.
- We offer home pick ups. Simply place your Order, we make it and then let you know when it’s ready for pick up. Please wear a face mask when coming to collect your order and if unwell please advise us.
- We also send all parcel at a flat rate of $10 on all orders placed within Australia unless Express Post option has been purchased at check out. We use Australia Post as our shipping courier.
- We offer free express delivery with a minimum spending of $150 for eligible postcodes automatically selected during check out.
- Allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive unless you have purchased Express Post. Please make sure your shipping address details are up to date and correct as we cannot take responsibility for orders that do not arrive due to error in address.
- Check your spam/junk folders for a tracking number email.
- Lumière et Grâce can not be responsible for lost or delayed shipping, as this is out of our control.
- At the moment we do not ship internationally but we will notify you when this service will be available on our website.
