• We offer home pick ups. Simply place your Order, we make it and then let you know when it’s ready for pick up. Please wear a face mask when coming to collect your order and if unwell please advise us.
• We offer local deliveries at a flat rate of $5 on all orders placed within the 10km radius.

• We send all parcel at a flat rate of $10 on all orders placed within Australia unless Express Post option has been purchased at check out. We use  Australia Post as our shipping courier. 
•  Allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive unless you have purchased Express Post. Please make sure your shipping address details are up to date and correct as we cannot take responsibility for orders that do not arrive due to error in address.
• Check your spam/junk folders for a tracking number email.
• Lumière et Grâce can not be responsible for lost or delayed shipping, as this is out of our control.
• At the moment we do not ship internationally but we will notify you when this service will be available on our website.
