Lumière et Grâce has a 14-day return policy starting from when you receive your product. Our return policy only applies if you receive your product and there has been damages done to it through handling.

Return and exchange

If your product is defective upon reception, please contact us and let us know immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To process a return or an exchange, you can contact us at lumiereetgrace@outlook.com. Please allow 5-7 business days from the date your package arrives to us for your return or exchange to be processed.

Return shipping charges is the customers responsibility, unless, the product is received incorrectly we are more than happy to cover the return charges.
